Pinqo Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pinqo. Pinqo is operated by FOP Konoz Polina Oleksandrivna (ФОП Коноз Поліна Олександрівна), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, tax number 3474505463, at 83-B Ukrainska St., Apt. 7, Irpin, Bucha District, Kyiv Region, Ukraine.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pinqo.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Pinqo. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
3. What Pinqo does
Pinqo helps users save, organize and find links, posts, screenshots, images and related information. Features may include automatic metadata extraction, categories, tags, favorites and smart search. The Service may change as we improve it.
4. Free plan and Pro
The current free plan allows up to 20 saves. When available, Pinqo Pro provides unlimited saves and other paid functionality described in the app. We may change plan features prospectively, subject to applicable law and store rules.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in content you upload or create. You grant Pinqo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transform and display your content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service and provide requested features.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, save or process content through Pinqo. Saving or displaying third-party material in Pinqo does not transfer ownership or copyright to you or to Pinqo.
6. Third-party content and services
Pinqo may display metadata, previews or links from third-party platforms and websites. Pinqo is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated. Third-party content may be removed, changed, restricted or become unavailable at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Pinqo to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; conduct abusive automated scraping; evade technical restrictions; upload unlawful or infringing material; or use the Service in a way that creates material security or operational risk.
8. Automated organization
Categories, tags, summaries or metadata generated automatically may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing information where accuracy matters. Pinqo’s automated features are organizational tools and are not professional, legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.
9. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are subject to the Subscription Terms published with these Terms and to the purchase rules of the applicable app store. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase.
10. Intellectual property
Pinqo, its software, branding, interfaces and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Pinqo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, material breach of these Terms or protection of other users and the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.
12. Account deletion
You may initiate account deletion through the app. Account deletion is separate from cancellation of an app-store subscription. See the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
13. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that rely on third-party platforms, internet access or external APIs may be affected by changes outside our control.
14. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinqo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss caused by third-party service changes. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
16. Governing law and consumers
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them under the law of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s non-waivable rights or access to a competent court where mandatory law provides otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
