2. The Service
Pinqo is a digital service that allows users to save, organize, search and retrieve content for their personal use, including links, screenshots, images and related metadata.
Pinqo may use automated processing to help organize and retrieve saved content.
3. Intellectual property
The Pinqo software, interface, visual identity, trademarks, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted by law or by Pinqo, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit Pinqo’s proprietary software, branding or original materials.
Content, names, logos, trademarks and other materials originating from third-party services remain the property of their respective owners.
4. User and third-party content
Pinqo does not claim ownership of content that users save or provide through the Service.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of saved or uploaded content complies with applicable law and the rights of third parties.
The appearance of third-party content, links, names, trademarks or metadata within Pinqo does not transfer ownership of that material to Pinqo.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pinqo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by third-party social networks, video platforms, websites or content providers whose links or metadata may be processed through the Service.
Third-party trademarks and service names are used only to identify the relevant services or content sources.

Certain Pinqo features may depend on third-party infrastructure, authentication services, content platforms, app stores or other external providers.
Those third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and availability conditions.
