Pinqo Subscription Terms

1. Free and paid plans
Pinqo offers a free plan with up to 20 saves.
Pinqo may also offer a paid Pinqo Pro subscription. When available, Pinqo Pro provides unlimited saves and any additional paid features described in the app at the time of purchase.
The features included in Pinqo Pro may evolve over time. Any material reduction in an active paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant app store.
2. Subscription options and prices
When Pinqo Pro subscriptions are available, the intended subscription options are:
- Monthly: USD 5.99 per month.
- Yearly: USD 49.99 per year.
The yearly price is approximately USD 4.17 per month when divided over 12 months.
Actual prices may vary depending on:
- country or storefront;
- currency;
- applicable taxes;
- exchange rates;
- pricing tiers or adjustments applied by Apple or Google.
The price displayed by the relevant app store immediately before you confirm the purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.
3. Purchase and payment
Subscriptions are purchased through the applicable app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Pinqo does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number or CVV.
Payment processing is handled by the relevant app store under its own terms and payment policies.
4. Auto-renewal
Pinqo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store.
Your app-store account will be charged according to the store’s billing terms.
5. Free trials or promotional offers
Pinqo may offer free trials, introductory prices or promotional offers from time to time.
If such an offer is available:
- its duration and price will be shown before purchase;
- eligibility may be determined by the relevant app store;
- unless cancelled before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period, the subscription may automatically convert to the standard paid subscription shown at purchase.
If no trial or promotion is displayed, no trial or promotional pricing applies.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an auto-renewable Pinqo Pro subscription through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it.
For Apple App Store subscriptions, cancellation is managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
For Google Play subscriptions, cancellation is managed through your Google Play subscription settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewal.
Unless the applicable app store or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, cancelling a subscription does not retroactively refund the current paid subscription period.
You normally retain access to Pinqo Pro until the end of the already-paid period.
7. Restore purchases
Where supported, Pinqo provides a Restore Purchases function.
Restore Purchases checks the relevant app store for an existing subscription entitlement associated with your store account.
Restoring purchases does not create a new purchase or charge.
8. Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed and administered by the applicable app store.
Refund requests are generally handled under the refund procedures and policies of the store through which the purchase was made.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
9. Price changes
Subscription prices may change in the future.
Where required by the relevant app store or applicable law, you will receive advance notice and, where required, be asked to consent before a new price applies to an existing subscription.
You may cancel your subscription before a price change takes effect.
10. Changes to Pinqo Pro
We may add, modify or discontinue individual Pinqo Pro features as the Service develops.
We will not intentionally use this provision to deprive users of the essential benefit of a paid subscription during a paid period without taking into account applicable consumer law.
11. Subscription entitlement
Access to Pinqo Pro depends on a valid subscription entitlement confirmed by the applicable app store.
Temporary delays in receiving purchase or renewal information from Apple or Google may affect how quickly an entitlement appears in Pinqo.
Where supported, using Restore Purchases may refresh the entitlement.
12. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription
Deleting your Pinqo account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
If you do not want future subscription charges, cancel the subscription through the applicable app store before or after deleting your Pinqo account.
13. Termination or suspension of an account
If an account is suspended or terminated because of a material violation of the Pinqo Terms of Use, any refund or continued subscription access remains subject to applicable law and the rules of the app store through which the subscription was purchased.
Termination of the Pinqo account does not itself cancel the store subscription.
14. Relationship with other terms
These Subscription Terms supplement the:
- Pinqo Terms of Use;
- Pinqo Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict specifically relating to subscription billing, renewal or cancellation, these Subscription Terms apply to that issue, subject always to mandatory consumer law and app-store rules.
