Please do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials by email.
Account & Subscriptions
You can manage your Pinqo account from the app.
If paid subscriptions are available in your version of Pinqo, subscription management and cancellation are handled through the app store where the subscription was purchased.
For Apple App Store subscriptions, you can manage the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
For Google Play subscriptions, where available, you can manage the subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting your Pinqo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion directly from the Pinqo app through the account/profile settings.
